Show Hidden Entries / Resolve Bundles

As in other views, you can optionally include software entries that are normally hidden. Bundles can also be resolved so that each member product is evaluated separately in the license balance. See 6.4.2 and 6.4.1 | “Menu: Inventory Management/More/Filters and Bundles”.
